Starting Out

Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to let us know what you’re struggling with and what you’re looking for in a therapist.

If we are a good fit, we will schedule our first session and we will send you some paperwork to fill out beforehand.

On our first day, we will go over in more detail what you’re struggling with. Then, we will tailor a plan to help you meet those goals and of course, we will be open to any pivots or tweaks we need to make along the way!

 FAQs

  • We are in-network with Cigna insurance and Modern Health.

  • While we are not in-network with some insurance providers, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be eligible to get a portion of your session costs reimbursed directly by your insurance company.

To support this process, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Every insurance plan is different, so it's a good idea to check with your provider about your out-of-network mental health benefits. If you need help understanding this process or figuring out what questions to ask, we are happy to assist.
