I was born and raised in Kobe, Japan. I have been married for 5 years and I have one daughter who is 4 years old. 兵庫県神戸市で生まれ育ちました。 結婚して5年になります。4歳の娘が1人います。

My interest in the mental health field started due to adversities that I have experienced from a young age. Alongside the pain, I often questioned why people act a certain way, what occurs in the brain in certain situations and environments, the various emotions and the uniqueness of its expressions, factors that influence neuroplasticity, etc. In short, my childhood experiences sparked the curiosity of behavioral science. 幼い頃の経験を通して、人の心の不思議さに興味を持ち、カウンセリングの道を選びました。
